Zierman Felix Fine Art sells original artwork and reproductions through this website.

We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, availability, or other site information.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you offer to purchase the items in your cart at the prices shown. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable, listed in error, or we suspect fraud).

Payment is processed by Stripe. By checking out, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the order total, including applicable shipping and taxes where required.

Applicable sales taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout where required.

Shipping and delivery

We ship to the shipping address you provide at checkout, whether entered manually or completed through available address tools. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country unless otherwise stated.

Original artwork and reproductions

Original pieces are one-of-a-kind. Once an original is marked sold and your order is confirmed, it is no longer available to other buyers.

Reproductions are offered in listed quantities and variants. If stock changes before fulfillment, we will contact you or issue a refund for the affected item.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe artwork, dimensions, materials, and availability. Minor differences may occur due to handmade processes and variations in materials.

Colors, textures, and appearance may vary slightly between original artwork, photographs, and reproductions due to differences in displays, printing processes, and materials.

Commissions

Commissioned artwork may have additional terms regarding deposits, timelines, revisions, and final approval, which will be agreed upon before work begins.

By submitting a request through our website, you authorize us to contact you regarding your inquiry.

Returns, defects, and cancellations

Because many items are original or limited-run artwork, sales are generally final unless otherwise stated on the product page, agreed upon in writing, or required by applicable law.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us promptly with your order number and photos. We will work with you on a repair, replacement where available, or refund as appropriate.

If we cancel an order before shipment, you will receive a full refund for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Intellectual property

All artwork, images, text, and site content are owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright ownership. Copyright remains with Zierman Felix Fine Art unless transferred through a separate written agreement. Purchasing artwork grants ownership of the physical item only. It does not grant reproduction, licensing, or commercial use rights in the underlying artwork unless agreed to in writing.

Prohibited use

You may not use this site to violate law, infringe others' rights, interfere with site operation, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems or accounts.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided on an "as is" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information when you use the site or place an order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability
